Service Description
Our program is uniquely designed to meet your goals while incorporating your dog(s) into a safe and inviting home atmosphere. They are treated like one of the family. Our programs include field trips (with approval), regular updates, fun enrichment activities, and more while ensuring they're having fun and feeling comfortable.
Cancellation Policy
Boarding or Board & Train reservations are 100% refundable up to 21 days prior to the reservation start date. Cancellations made 7-20 days prior to the reservation start date are refundable up to 50% of total stay cost. Cancellations made within 7 days of reservation start will be 0% refundable and the Client will owe the entire cost of the originally booked stay. Cancellations will only be accepted and honored in writing.
